Mentoring

I offer practical, supportive mentoring for paediatric occupational therapists, grounded in real-life therapy and tailored to your individual or team needs. My approach is reflective, and collaborative, creating a supportive space where therapists can build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and feel more capable in their work.

For individuals, mentoring may support reflective practice, therapy planning, understanding different therapeutic approaches, and developing practical strategies that carry into sessions. I also provide group mentoring for clinics, particularly teams without a senior occupational therapist. This may include case discussions, education around therapy programs and assessment tools, reflective team problem-solving, and support for sustainable team development.

Professional development sessions on a range of paediatric practice topics are also available for clinics and teams.
