Fees & Funding

Standard Rate: $220 per hour (covers therapy, assessments, and reporting). Travel may be charged separately depending on service type.

NDIS

Services are available for Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. NDIA-managed participants are not able to be seen at this time.

• Therapy & Assessments: $193.99/hour
• Travel: Billed at hourly rate (up to 30 minutes)
• Non face-to-face (reports, documentation): Billed hourly

Medicare (Chronic Disease Management Plan)

With a GP referral:

• Up to 5 sessions per year
• Rebate available (processed after payment)
• Out-of-pocket cost applies

Private Health Insurance

Rebates may be available under Extras cover. Please check with your provider.

Home Care Packages (HCP)

Funding may be used for:

• Home safety assessments
• Equipment recommendations
• Minor home modifications

Services are coordinated with your Case Manager.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

For eligible Gold and White Card holders:

• No out-of-pocket cost (with GP referral)
• Covers assessments, equipment, and home modifications

Private Pay

No referral required. Suitable for one-off or ongoing services, and invoice provided for health fund claims.
