Young Adults

I support young adults to build independence and confidence as they move into everyday adult life, in a way that feels realistic and manageable for them. This often involves working through day-to-day routines, finding direction with work or study, and navigating changes in living situations. I take a practical, supportive approach, focusing on what matters most to each person and helping them build skills that carry into real life. Alongside this, I support relationships, community connection, and overall wellbeing, including physical and mental health.

Therapy can support with:

  • Building independence with domestic tasks and routines
  • Practical living skills like meal preparation, organisation and budgeting
  • Preparing for work, finding and maintaining employment
  • Finding accommodation and navigating shared living and life transitions
  • Building healthy relationships, mental wellbeing, and safe decision-making
  • Accessing the community, transport, hobbies, and physical wellbeing

Older Adults

I support older adults to remain independent, safe, and connected, so they can continue living in the home they love and stay engaged in their community. This often involves making small but meaningful changes to the home and daily routines, supporting mobility and safety, and finding practical ways to adapt to changes in health or energy levels. My approach is focused on maintaining dignity, confidence, and quality of life, with strategies that feel achievable, sustainable and right for each individual.

Therapy can support with:

  • Making the home safer and easier to move around
  • Using equipment to support mobility and independence
  • Reducing falls risk and building confidence moving around
  • Adjusting routines after changes in health or returning home from hospital
  • Staying connected to community and meaningful activities
