Occupational Therapy
Individual occupational therapy services are available for children, adolescents, and adults to support skill development, independence, and participation in daily life.
Sessions can be delivered in:
- Home
- School / Kindy
- Day programs
- Community settings (e.g. parks, playgrounds, shops, libraries)
- Natural environments (e.g. beach, bush, outdoor spaces)
Therapy Approach
Therapy is individualised and evidence-informed, drawing on a range of approaches depending on each person’s needs and goals. This may include:
- Sensory Integration Therapy
- DIR/Floortime
- Play-based therapy
- Cognitive and executive functioning strategies
- Emotional regulation frameworks
- Occupational Performance Coaching
- Nature-based therapy
Additional programs and assessment tools may be incorporated as needed to support individual goals.

Assessments are used to better understand strengths, challenges, and functional needs, and to guide goal setting and therapy planning.
